Jase and Simon are up near Wadeye in the Northern Territory, and the check out some of the local insects and crustaceans with the helps of some guests.
Jase shows how to cook up a simple shortcake with apricots and walnuts for a camp dessert.
Then the guys meet up with the local Thamarrurr Rangers. Ranger Ian takes them out to some of the secret spots of the area for some fishing. Will Jase finally get his prize barra?
There’s some more catching to be done on the Moyle River, but this time it’s with a slightly bigger target. One with sharper teeth, too.
