Customer must contact us via email within 30 days of receipt of goods to report the issue with their order.
Clothing items being returned for exchange must be in original condition, this means not worn or washed, still with the tags attached and preferably in the original packaging. Please include a note stating what you would like in exchange (eg – Size, Colour, Style, etc). Once we receive the returned items we will send out the replacement, if stock is available, as per customer instructions. If stock is unavailable a credit will be issued.
NOTE – If the exchange is due to picking/packing error we will send the replacement items first and provide a pre-paid satchel for the return of the incorrect goods. If the exchange is due to customer error (eg – wrong size/colour/style chosen) they are responsible for the return postage to us and we pay (regular postage only, if you require express shipping please provide your own satchel) to ship replacement.
If a DVD is faulty it will be replaced by us. Once the customer has received the replacement, the faulty disc needs to be returned to us (a post satchel will be provided with your replacement for this return)
